I am a little mixed. Loved the food. Wish I could do a 4.5. Saturday morning the place was packed, we waited for a table and we never wait. I would be a solid five if we had more crispy bacon. She did not order extra crispy as we normally do. Chicken and waffle was great, I would add a touch more salt but it was homemade and fresh. I had the sausage biscuits with sausage gravy, hash browns and eggs. It was great. Biscuits are dense. I could only eat two. Over all a great experience. Matter of fact, I am moving to all five stars. Order your bacon crispy. I imagine some people don’t like crispy bacon.

If you're looking for a fantastic breakfast spot with great food and a welcoming atmosphere, this diner is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendliest staff, and the place was spotless—definitely setting the tone for a great dining experience. The menu had all the classic breakfast favorites, and the food was nothing short of amazing. Every bite was fresh and flavorful, hands down some of the best breakfast food we've had in a long time. But the real highlight of our visit was our waitress, Brandy. We were a large family, and she handled our group with ease, warmth, and professionalism. Brandy made sure we were well taken care of and added a personal touch to our meal, making us feel right at home. Her service was the best we've had in years and truly elevated the entire experience. Overall, this diner checks all the boxes for a perfect meal (even the kids agree) —delicious food, a clean and cozy setting, and exceptional service. We can't wait to go back!

In Kemah for New Years Eve and found very few places that serve breakfast. So we tried the Pateon Breakfast place and was pleasantly surprised. When you pull up, the outside is misleading, as the inside is new and inviting. Very good breakfast and even got a piece of carrot cake to go. Staff was friendly and by 9am the restaurant was packed. Definitely would recommend them to our friends.

This place was highly recommended by a few of our friends. We stopped in this morning for breakfast, and it was really good. We order the breakfast brisket tacos and the chicken fried steak breakfast. A Huge shoutout to Betty our server, she was so friendly, helpful with all our questions about the food and had a huge smile on her face during all our interactions with her.

My boyfriend and I decided to stop in this morning to grab some breakfast before work, and we were not disappointed! I ordered the veggie omelette which came with a side of hash browns and a biscuit. The entire meal was delicious and very filling. Our server (Tammy I believe) was incredibly kind and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her throughout our meal. We will definitely be stopping by again in the future!

Loved it! The El patron reminded me of a full English breakfast, except with regular sausage patty. The banana nut pancakes were on point. Looks like the normal wait is about 20 minutes of they're busy. It was worth it. Price was moderate for excellent food. Definitely will return.

Small, but incredibly quaint. Our servers were incredibly friendly and sweet, and while there was a little bit of wait for the food, it was completely worth it. The selection was good, with something for everyone. The four of us each ordered different things, and had coffee, juice, tea, and the like. The food came out hot and fresh, delicious in every bite. The decor and atmosphere was lovely. The roof was clean and set well, while Christmas trees and ornaments decorated around the establishment. It was a great breakfast experience. My favorite part were the homemade buttermilk biscuits! Completely recommend, can't wait to go back again.
